No returns on non-standard items manufactured or modified to a
specific customer's needs (such as pillar pod and gauges) or on partially
or fully installed down pipes, exhaust systems or
Banks® Power Kits.
Exhaust Systems (Steel or Aluminized):
There is a 15 day no-damage return in
original shipping container(s) with a 20% restocking fee. Customer pays
return shipping costs.
No returns after 15 days.

Clutch Kits:
Only those warranty claims that are approved by the original clutch
manufacturer will be honored. The parts are warranted by the manufacturer
for 12 months from the date of purchase against factory defective
workmanship and design. Wear and tear is not covered. The customer is
responsible to contact the original manufacturer and file a warranty
claim.
If the original manufacturer approves a warranty claim and written
evidence of that approval is provided to us, Edgewater Products, Inc.
will reimburse to the customer the original purchase price paid for the
clutch. Claims for labor will not be honored. All warranty returns must
be pre - authorized. A Return Authorization number (RA) must be obtained
by calling 866-428-7080.
For wrong clutches shipped in error,the company's (Edgewater Products,
LLC) liability is limited to the original purchase price paid for the
clutch. Claims for labor will not be honored.
Customer may return a clutch to Edgewater Products, LLC within 30 days from the original purchase date
for any reason provided they get pre-authorization at 866-428-7080, the
clutch is in the original packaging, the clutch has not been installed
and all parts are returned. Customer is responsible for all shipping
charges to and from Edgewater Products LLC and the part being
returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned on days 16 - 30.
Defective items covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
